Greetings Shallowford congregation! Your dedicated and faithful PNC continues to meet regularly to discern the direction that God is leading us for our next Pastor call. We have received many PIF referrals over the past 4 months and have spent countless hours combing through the details of work histories, faith statements, and areas of growth to find the best match for Shallowford. We have talked with many compassionate and devoted persons of faith, with various levels of experience.
As your PNC, we continue to seek God’s direction in moving forward. We continue to strive to be aware of the needs of this congregation as we go through this search process, and seek out the person who can best walk with us at this point in our journey. This journey is fluid and changing all of the time, and we ask God’s guidance in showing us the Way, his Way. We feel, and share, your apprehension about the future of Shallowford. While we unfortunately cannot give you the specifics about when and who will come to this call, we can assure you that we, your PNC, are united in our love for Shallowford and in our faith in God to take us where we need to go with our next leader.
